Sky Living Namba — Hotel in Osaka

Location: great location within walking distance from Metro station (Daikokucho Station), Train to KIX (Namba Station-Nankai), JR Osaka Loop Line ( Imamiya and Ashiharabashi). This provided me the flexibility to choose my mode of transport when exploring Osaka and Kansai region (quick to go to Shin-Osaka and Osaka Sation). Nearby are several conbinis as well as groceries stores. Facilities: The place serves my purposes of staying in Osaka. the place has washing machine and dryer function in the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. When we arrived, we discovered one of the pan are heavily scratch and not safe to be used. A quick communication with host and they replaced then pan with a new one within 1 hour!! There is also free drink dispenser at the lobby for the guest to use. Toilet amenities are also provided. That being said, please be inform that this is a self-service accommodation. It's apartment living, so you get a small kitchen and laundry. No human interaction at this hotel so any issues will either be resolved by yourself or via email. The staff are non-existent as you check yourself in using a tablet which even takes pictures of your passport and face. Otherwise, once you get a handle on everything and remember your codes to enter the building, it's easy. I appreciate the coffee and tea machine in the lobby as well but it's only available from 3pm to 8pm so buy your coffee ahead of time if you prefer to drink it in the morning. My family and I had a night flight, and we had been on our feet for more than two days. When we arranged for an early check-in, we were told that 1:00 PM was the earliest possible time. We arrived in Japan at 8:00 AM, and we had to wait outside on the stones near the entrance, as we were not even allowed to come in and leave our luggage in the lobby. When 1:00 PM finally came, we checked in and went to sleep, but while we were sleeping, someone entered and left our apartment. After that, we received a rude message saying that we were ONLY allowed to leave our belongings at 1:00 PM, not to check in!
