This company has repeatedly exhibited atrocious service and manners towards foreigners. I booked a room for an hour, stepping outside momentarily for some air. We stumbled upon this Karaoke place after a night of bar hopping and making new friends. We decided to finish the night here, rest our legs, and have a few more pints. The atmosphere is what you'd expect from a karaoke place. Plus at this point of the night, the atmosphere is what you make of it with whom your with. The service was good. The facilities are great. The front desk clerk named 'なるみ' had a very poor service attitude. She wore a badge on her uniform that said ' 笑顔と元気' but I think those are just words for show in your store, right? This woman seemed to have never received any service training🤮🤮🤮it's like customers are her enemies, with a very bad attitude and not even a 'thank you.'
