I didn’t speak Japanese so I communicated with Google translate and photos of what I want with no problem. Came to dye my hair. My Japanese wasn’t the best but the gentleman was super sweet and careful and spoke slowly to help me understand what he’s doing each step of the way. He also made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time. He was also efficient; the entire dying and shampoo (and styling — he styled my hair so well and made me look so good, I have no idea how to style like that again 😭) process took just 50 minutes!
