15.06.2022 I bought 3 air conditioners for my house from Istanbul fatith daikin branch. They suggested Shira plus, the most expensive and the best according to rumors. When the air conditioner team comes to have it installed, you can connect the air conditioner to the internet. they failed to connect. They said that we will send another team to do it as soon as possible. Then, on August 15, I bought 1 air conditioner, shira plus again for the office. Again, they were unable to connect to the internet. There was a fault in the air conditioner, they had to replace a part, but the air conditioner is still new. We didn't say anything to him. After 1 week, we called 444 99 90 and complained. To all the air conditioners we bought they couldn't connect the internet and they didn't change the part. So far we have been calling the center every 2 days and complaining but no one comes. Last yesterday (17.09.2022) they sent a team to the house. They were not able to connect the internet to the air conditioner and they cut off the internet in my house and we were left without internet. Because no one can help us on Saturday and Sunday. we will wait. 15.06.2022 today, 18.09.2022 for almost 3 months, the fault still continues in my office at home. We've tried thousands of times, but to no avail. Competent team do their job of very poor quality They can't because they have no education. Guys, be careful, no one should buy air conditioners from now on, because it's a story. No quality. The service does not come home. It's no use looking for the main center for nothing. Worst of all, the team has no training. I don't recommend...
