The staff was excellent and responded politely to all my questions. The location was great—there's an Aeon Supermarket just a 4-minute walk away, which is very convenient. It's also within walking distance to Hanyu Department Store and Yodobashi. The facilities were good. Although I missed some of the usual hotel amenities, such as luggage storage, bottled water, and extra pillows, it was really nice to have a washing machine and dryer in the room. This is very useful for a long stay, as you don't have to pack a lot of clothes or go to another floor to do laundry. There’s also a small kitchenette, which we mainly used to heat up food from the supermarket or takeout. This IS a self check in accommodation so you will need TWO codes.. one to get into the lobby and one to get into your room. You should recieve the instructions on your email confirmation for the room and the rest is straight forward. As for the room and location, the room is quite a decent size compared to most hotels in Japan. Room was very clean. To empty your rubbish bins everyday of your stay, take your rubbish and leave it tied up outside your door and it will be collected. Room as a washing machine which was great because 3 of the 5 hotels we stayed in Japan did not lol Location is amazing, it’s right above a Starbucks if you’re a coffee fiend like myself. A straight 5 minute walk from the closest train station and there’s plenty of eateries around which is normal in Japan. Overall, a great stay for me, my wife and my 2 sons. We will definitely return to stay here when we’re back in Osaka....
