I already had this on my radar as a vegan pudding made of soy milk, so I was looking forward to trying the pudding and it didn’t disappoint! The owner was incredibly friendly like others are saying too and he gave me the syrup to go, so I poured it over the pudding when eating it at a nearby park. I preferred the cocoa pudding over the plain one but both are great (I def recommend syrup for the plain one though, as it tastes a lot like...

こだわりの手作り豆腐屋。となりの人間国宝に指定されたご主人が、素材への凄いこだわりを語ってくれます。一見高い値段設定に見えますが、そこらの安い豆腐類こそがニセモノの材料を使い原価や密度的によほどボッタクリなのだそうです(ご主人談)。豆腐好きなので、とりあえず、絹ごし(500円)と木綿(300円)と京揚げ(200円)とひろうす(200円)と味付おから(250円)を購入。

私の中では、特に美味しかったのは木綿と京揚げでした。絹ごしはあっさりしすぎかな(よってこの先、同店の1500円の絹ごしを買うことはなさそう…ですがリピ客を目撃したので舌も財布も個人差)。ひろうすと味付おからは普通。

さて、中でも美味しかった木綿豆腐は、けんちん汁をほぼ最後まで作りかけたところで、ひと口味見してもったいなくなり入れるのをやめたほど。カッテージチーズを思わせるほど濃厚ながら、なめらかまろやかです。単体でひと口サイズに切り、何も付けないかせいぜい鰹節と薬味と醤油くらいで味わうのがオススメ。
