A cute shop with Sanrio merch. They have all kinds of products from useful stationary, bags, and towels to decorative items as well. The selection was quite large despite being a small store. Staff were very friendly and smiled the entire time. We also got bonus goodies as foreign visitors too!

A pretty well stocked Sanrio store in the center of Osaka. It’s located in a department store so you can shop other items too. There’s also Pokémon & Nintendo in the same complex so it’s a great location for both boys and girls. The Sanrio shop has many characters ranges and products from clothing to bags, stationery to home products. Unfortunately majority is made in China but they’re all cute and you’ll be spoilt for choice. A good one stop shop for...

10/13夕方お伺いし、品揃えもよく楽しく選ばせて頂いたんですが、店員さんが義務的というかキビキビはされてますが親切さや笑顔等全くなく無愛想な印象でした。

スマイルの交換を初めてしようと、「スマイル交換したいんですが、、」と言うと、ファイルを机に置かれ「こちらになります」と言われたので表面の物しか交換できないのかと最初思い（それがファイルなのかもすぐにこちらはわからないので）普通に不親切だなと。 慣れてる方かもわからないのですからもう少し説明はいると思います。

その他もキビキビはされてますが、笑顔や愛想の良さ等何もなく全体的に言い方もきつめでした。 楽しく選んでも最後にきつめな言い方で義務的にレジをされたらテンション下がるなぁと。

サンリオさん自体あまり接客重視されてないのか色んな店舗にお伺いしたことありますがちらほら接客がえっと思う方いらっしゃいますが、ものすごく何かが悪いわけではないですが無愛想だな、流れ作業みたいにされてもなと思う感じでした。

以前在庫確認でお電話した際すごく愛想のいい方が出て下さり、そちらがありましたので今回近くに伺ったのでお店に行ってみようとなったのですが人にもよるんだと思いますがあんまりでした。

何かご事情あられたりたまたまお忙しかったのかもしれませんが（ただそんなに混み合っていたわけでもなく）、もう少し接客工夫された方がいいと思います。 慣れてなくても笑顔や愛想の良さ等あればカバーできると思いますが、そちらもなく...
