I recently visited BEAMS Sapporo and had a somewhat mixed experience. On the positive side, the store has a great variety of items — from stylish clothing to accessories and lifestyle goods. The selection is well-curated, and it’s a fun place to browse if you’re looking for something unique.

However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. During my visit, I felt that the staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Even when I asked about certain items, the responses were very passive, and I didn’t feel that they were actively trying to help or engage with me. At times, I felt a bit ignored, which made the shopping experience less enjoyable.

是安 is one of most friendly person I have seen in retail stores and she was very helpful to me she recommended me how to make up the style right and also how she approached to me was so comfortable for me. Usually I don’t like people talk to me when I’m shopping.
