I live in Takayama I am a tour guide. Here you can find all qualities and type o local sakè: Jizake. More than 400 types. Cheap and expencive ones. The staff speak little english and not all are welcoming. And not of all knows customer service as well. I recommend to go there to see a great variety of sakè.
