I had a very pleasant experience in this LV store. I was greeted with friendly faces and keen to serve at their very best. Before I came to this LV store inside Seibu Shibuya Deparment Store, I went to the Shinjuku LV flagship Store and had an uncomfortable experience there with a European Male Sales guy. Almost identical experience, at both stores, I was mistaken as a Japanese. At the Shinjuku store, once the European Male Sales guy found out I could only speak English to him, his nice and friendly all smiles face changed to cold, straight and emotionless. However in this Seibu LV store, the girls there were very friendly though they knew I aint a local Japanese. Everyone there was very accommodating and friendly . I bought what I wanted and escorted me to the door to say goodbye (I know this is common courtesy but I didn't have that service at the Shinjuku LV Store). Thanks so much for making me feel welcome at the store. I will visit again when I come to Tokyo...
Read moreI had an absolutely amazing experience at Louis Vuitton Shibuya thanks to Emi and Rina. From the moment my brother, sister, and I walked in, they welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They took their time to understand what we were looking for, patiently showing us different pieces and explaining the details with incredible product knowledge.
Both Emi and Rina went above and beyond to make the experience feel personal and memorable. They offered thoughtful recommendations, ensured we were comfortable throughout the visit, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness truly stood out.
The store itself was beautiful, but it was Emi and Rina who made the experience unforgettable. I’ve visited Louis Vuitton locations around the world, and this was by far one of the best. Thank you both for making our shopping day in Shibuya so special. We’ll definitely be back next time...

Regrettably, this policy proved dissuasive enough for me to forgo the fragrance purchase, which I now intend to make in Paris instead.
That being said, I wish to commend the staff for their impeccable service, marked by warmth, attentiveness, and an elegance entirely consistent with the maison’s standards of excellence. It is precisely because the overall experience was so refined that this particular policy stood out as a...
