update 2023 Great little store with display of many products for sale. Not sure why people say hard to find, pretty easy with google map! Friendly staff! The gentleman didn't speak good English but was very helpful and between us we figured it out. There was another salesman there who had to leave, but he made sure all was good in English before he did. Gi's, belts, bags, and more. This brand makes many different sizes besides the standard sized person (my new Mizuno suit is too short and too baggy!). I also like Japanese shops as you don't have the pressure of Western salespeople if you want to have a look for a bit! Pretty easy to get to unlike other reviews. Suidobashi station (local an JR lines within 5 minutes) nearby. One street back from the main Street (when you get off train, head to the Ferris wheel and roller coaster but on other side of road), building is small and up the stairs, just look for the sign outside. If you are after judo belts, remember the Kodokan which you will likely be going to is across the road also has these with logos (on ground floor entry). I think it is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday if you are only visiting Tokyo! I went back this week (2023) after the above review in 2020. Same fantastic service. My phone went flat on the train so I was walking around trying to remember its location and found it. As late, the guys still stayed back to help, as I wanted some custom long judo pants. They have an lot of stock in that little building, but they can make custom sizes in the JOF/JOV (red label). The Chinese made suits (Ie JZ Senpo) cant be customised. I only left there shop 2 days ago and was texted today to say they had already posted them - continued...

Besides having fantastic GIs and the shop being only a short walk from the Kodokan, the service provided during my recent visit to Tokyo was exceptional.

We purchased a surprise GI for our sensei and a number of other items and Ten helped us at every step of the way. He provided suggestions on products and took the time to make recommendations and kept us up to date with progress. Couldn't thank him enough!

The place is Incredible for finding all kind of Judogis, I went today with no expectation and actually got a judogi for half the price it was on the internet. Miyakosan was extremely helpful with everything, spoke perfect english, and guided me through all the procces, helping me get the correct size and making recommendations for the embroidery. I will come here again to get my competition...
