Came here for late dinner and got a table without waiting. They have a regular full menu as well as a giant size menu on the table which is a nice novelty. Ordered the pork loin tonkatsu and the king size prawn katsu set meals, and a side of fried fillet pork. The set meals came with rice, miso soup, cabbage and pickles which can all be refilled for free. Both the fillet and pork loin were tender; the loin has a fat cap which gave it a more rich and flavorful bite. The king prawn was massive; it was very meaty with texture and taste resembling more like lobster, pretty good with the tartar sauce. Inside is very nicely decorated, feels authentic and special. I also noticed that most of their customers are the locals. Their menu was massive and all in Japanese. I know enough to understand and order so I didn't ask if they have English menu. Service was as expected, efficient and quick. Staffs are always moving about and eager to help. The ambiance was really cool especially if you want to experience an authentic Japanese dining. It was a little hard to communicate with our server though since she can’t speak English.
