Fantastic Apartment in Shinjuku - A Perfect Home Away from Home

I had the pleasure of staying almost 7 monthe at this incredible apartment in Shinjuku, Tokyo, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a spacious and beautifully furnished apartment that truly felt like a home away from home.

The apartment itself was (for tokyo standards) large and provided ample space to relax and unwind. The attention to detail in the interior design was impeccable, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The apartment was also equipped with modern amenities that catered to all my needs, making my stay exceptionally comfortable (smart tv, kettle, microwave, rice cooker etc.)

One of the standout features of this apartment was its unbeatable location. With two supermarkets just a two-minute walk away, I found it incredibly convenient to stock up on groceries and essentials. Additionally, the abundance of restaurants in the vicinity (Shin Okubo) ensured that I had plenty of options to indulge in delicious meals without having to venture too far.

For fitness enthusiasts, the nearby gym, which was merely a 30-second walk from the apartment, was a definite plus. It allowed me to maintain my workout routine conveniently, ensuring that I stayed active during my stay.

One of the highlights of staying in this apartment was its proximity to Shinjuku Station. 2 minutes to Higashi Shinjuku Station, 8 minutes to Shin Okubo Line. Within minutes, I could easily access the extensive transportation network, making it incredibly convenient to explore Tokyo and beyond. Furthermore, Gyoen Park, a tranquil oasis in the bustling city, was just a five-minute bicycle ride away. It provided the perfect escape for a leisurely stroll or a peaceful picnic amidst lush greenery.

Throughout my stay, the housing administration staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They were always available to answer any queries I had and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my time at the apartment.

I was rather disappointed by my stay. I stayed in one of the studio apartments in Cookie house. The apartment itself is very nice with wooden floors and a luxurious bath room . However there were a few things that really bothered me. The most important is that the main door of the apartment building is always open. Two drunk people came in during the night and slept in the corridor right outside my apartment door, waking me up with loud voices. I did not feel safe alone in the apartment that night. Secondly the duvet provided for the bed is extremely thin and extra blankets cost 800 yen. The company should really try to get the front door of the building secured and provide...

訂房後會組line群組, 事先填好入住資料, 到現場只要付好錢就直接入住了, 住宿是使用密碼鎖, 不用帶鑰匙, 非常方便。

房間跟照片一樣, 空間寬敝, 4人入住像家一樣舒服, 可以洗衣, 有小陽台可以晾衣服, 不用帶太多衣服去。 廚房地板感覺稍微黏黏的, 我們都穿著拖鞋。晚上救護車的聲音的確很大, 若有氣密窗隔絕外面的聲音會更好, 我們在外一整天回去都蠻累的, 所以蠻好睡, 這問題對我們來說並不大。

住宿的地點非常方便, 走到新宿站約20分鐘, 人行道大也好走, 走到新宿站就可以開始逛了。另外, 新宿是交通樞紐, 我們去三麗鷗、鎌倉都需要到新宿坐車, 連車費都省了。臨近住宿的有副都心線和大江戶線及山手線, 都是5-10分鐘內的路程, 只是山手線大久保站往住宿沿路都是餐廳或店家, 人行道較小拖著行李較不好走。
