Don't Be Fooled by the Staff: They Won't Send Luggage to the Airport!!!

Three days before my flight, I asked the staff if they could send my 20-kg duffle bag to Narita Airport. The male staff member said it was fine, as long as I sent it before 4 p.m. the next day. I bought chocolates and returned, but when I weighed the bag, it was only 14 kg. The older lady ( not japanese) refused to accept it and insisted I send it through Yamato, 11 minutes away. I explained that the male staff ( he was not around during that time) said they’d accept it and that I didn’t have a luggage wheel, so the bag was too heavy to carry that far. 朝からベトナム男性の店員さんの態度で一日気分が良くないです、何回もタメ口で話されたので、こちらもタメ口で返したらあっちも気分悪いのか怒り出し、不満があるのかと喧嘩を売ってきました。店員さんの日本語が通じないので店長を呼んでほしいと言ったら、「店長を呼ぶ必要はない」と無視されました。後で店長が来て代わりに謝ってしてくれましたが、あの店員さんは最後まで自分は悪くないと開き直り、むしろ私を嘲笑しました。日本語を初めから勉強し直したほうがいいと思います。もちろん性格の問題もあると思いますが、、、笑日本に来て住んでる同じ外国人として本当に恥ずかしいです。その態度でいるなら、自分の国に戻って暮らしたほうがいいですよー！

아침부터 정말 기분 나쁘고 하루를 망쳐버린 기분입니다. 베트남 남자직원분이 계속 반말로 물어보길래 저도 반말로 대답하니 노려보면서 불만있냐고 화내더라고요..자기도 기분 나쁜건 잘 알면서 그런식으로 대할수가있나? 일본어도 안통해서 점장 불러 달라하니까 점장을 자기가 왜 불러줘야하냐며 나가라고하네여ㅋㅋ 나중에 점장님이오셔서 사과하셨지만 사과할 사람은 따로 있지 않나요? 그 직원분한테 사과를 요구했더니 자기는 잘못한거 없다면서 비웃었습니다. 더 뭐라고 해봤자 말도 안통하니 본사에 전화했습니다. 일본와서 사는 같은 외국인이기에 너무 부끄럽네요. 일본어도 다시 배우는게 좋을거 같고 그런 태도라면 본인...
