늦은 저녁 시간에 방문했습니다. 가게는 전체적으로 깨끗했고, 청소 상태도 괜찮은 편이었습니다.
하지만 음식 맛은 솔직히 보통 이하였고, 서비스는 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 홀 스태프 대부분이 베트남 분들이었는데, 일본어가 능숙하지 않아 의사소통에 어려움이 조금 있었고, 물 달라고 여러 번 요청했지만 테이블이 많은 쪽에만 신경을 쓰는 듯해 끝내 잊혀졌습니다.
결국 한국인 점장으로 보이는 분께 직접 요청했는데, 벨 누르라고 퉁명스럽게 말하는 태도에서 서비스 마인드가 전혀 느껴지지 않았습니다. 앉자마자 물을 내어주는 게 일반적인 서비스 아닌가요?
지하 매장인데 흡연이 가능한 점도 개인적으로는 최악이었습니다. 음식 맛이 평범해서 원래 별 3개 정도 줄 생각이었지만, 이런 이유들 때문에 별 1개가 적당하다고 느꼈습니다.
홀 음악도 너무 커서 대화하기 힘들고 전체적으로 피로한 경험이었습니다. 솔직히 두 번 다시는 가지 않을 것 같습니다. 비추천드립니다.
I visited this place late in the evening. The interior was clean and well-kept, which was one of the few positives.
Unfortunately, the food was below average, and the service left a lot to be desired. Most of the hall staff seemed to be Vietnamese and weren’t very fluent in Japanese, which made communication a bit frustrating. I had to ask for water twice, but it was ignored both times, as they focused only on the busier tables.
When I asked what seemed to be the Korean manager, he just told me bluntly to press the call bell — not exactly the kind of service you expect when you’re paying to dine out.
Also, it’s located underground and allows smoking, which was a major turn-off for me. I was going to give it 3 stars based on the food alone, but considering the bad service and uncomfortable atmosphere, it’s a 1-star experience.

Worst experience with Korean BBQ so far. Not fresh, very stinky meat—I can smell the bad smell right when they started grilling it in front of us. Unlike the other branch, most if not all the staff here are not Korean that’s why the food is pretty bad. We didn’t care to finish everything for the first time, it’s how bad it is. But they have a dining area in the second floor as well and staff was very quick to get a table for you. Menu was huge and they cook the barbecue like dishes in front of you. That saves time.
