Like others have said, not worth coming here because the sales people are inconsiderate and pushy with whatever product they’re shilling, and most likely going to prey on whatever skin insecurities you may have. What really got me though is that even though I had my help mark on (the badge signifying that I have a health condition) a salesperson still forcibly grabbed my hand and pulled me closer to her. This isn’t acceptable to do to anyone, but ESPECIALLY not to people who have health concerns you don’t understand. Even then I tried to be nice and let her show me the product but she wanted to apply it onto me and my friend multiple times, including my face unprompted with her bare hands. Read moreLike many reviewers before me, I also had a feeling that the salespeople here are working for no salary but only the commission. Even with my headphones on, I could not circulate in peace around the shop at first, till I have shown a "stop" sign to another salesperson in the most rude manner and was FINALLY left alone. I highly recommend the management of this shop to rethink the situation because many people will simply leave the shop, and I am pretty sure that the impact of the current annoying consultation is that the sales are dropping. Read moreI went in here to look for a handful of supplies for a friend and the store is a mess. It is badly organised and hard to find anything because it’s not sorted by brands or application. Worse still, I witnessed a sales staff member harassing a poor woman with horrendously negative comments - calling out her skin as being sweaty and gross (it was hot in the store and I was in a T-Shirt and sweating) and then going on about her acne. I think the goal was to try and get her to buy more but seeing this staff member act in such a disgusting manner turned me off...
