I just wanted to share my recent experience with other to hopefully help them enjoy their trip to Tokyo. To start off I had booked a 7 passenger van round trip service for my Narita arrival to simply my family getting to Tokyo as we had a fair amount of luggage in tow, and figured the 7 passenger van would give us ample space for a comfortable ride. Upon arrival the gentleman who had a sign with my name escorted us out to the car park area and told us to wait while he pulled the "7 passenger van" around. A short time later we see multiple large vans pull up, but none of these were our driver then we see a small 4 door TAXI pull up with our driver behind the wheel. This was 100% not what we had paid for but a real city taxi with meter and company name on the side. I guess they are not a full service company but just broker out their bookings to companies just a shell game. Being it was almost rush hour and we were exhausted from the flight we decided to just squeeze in and get to our hotel. Well once in the Taxi we noticed a strong cigarette odor which we could not tell if was emitting from the driver of the Taxi or the car itself. This turned out to be the worst transfer from Narita I've experienced. I go to Tokyo with some frequency roughly 1-2 trips a year between pleasure and business. After this episode of a bait and switch I contacted Tokyo Airporter and canceled my return booking, as I could no longer trust them to deliver the services I had booked. At the end of the day a smokey smelling Taxi is not the same as a 7 passenger van. Please explore all your options for your upcoming Japan experience so you don't start on a bad foot...
Read moreAmazing amazing amazing!!!! We initially was going to use other provider that everyone mentions but they were expensive and more importantly, did not offer same day service within Tokyo. I found Airporter and not only they offer same day service from hotel to airport, price was good and service was amazing. I had lots of questions so I’ve contacted them via WhatsApp and they respond instantly in English. Response time was excellent and accurate. My hotel told me they don’t do luggage service so I asked airporter and they confirmed that they have picked up from our hotel a week ago so shouldn’t be a problem and it wasn’t.
Left our luggage at the front desk by 9am, went out with our day. Got email notification with pictures that it was picked up from the hotel at 1230pm and another one when it was delivered at the airport at 4:30pm. We got to the airport at 6:30pm and our backpacks were laying in front on foam pads! We will never witness that in North America 🥹. I had to weigh my bags and they rolled over the scale and helped me load the 23kg bag on to the scale as well 😘

Read moreI face to problem with system I booked. I feel I sure that I already booked service pick up my luggage from Centurion Hotel Uneo and already uploaded proof of booking hotel. I need to send back from there to another hotel. This morning, I try to leave a luggage to reception desk at hotel. He said that he can not pick up my luggage because pick up booking from other branches. I try to contact airporter but no any response. Staff at hotel no any help me. He told me that I must leave a luggage at locker in subway station. I have flight this morning to go other province and I have no enough time to find available locker. So, I go to destination hote and leave my luggage by myself. After that airporter just responded me, she told me changing the pick up place to the right place. And told me that she cannot return my money. 😂😂😂 I don’t ant get service in time. Really scam here and almost missed my flight. A hotel that has your advertisements but doesn't have the heart to serve. Delayed response to questions via WhatsApp & email. YOUR LINE ID COMPANY SHOWED in footage email that cannot add friends.
