This hotel has an excellent location.
From Narita airport any terminal get on a KEISEI line bus, pay just $10 and in one hour comfortable bus-ride you are the hotel. The KEISEI bus stop is just 20 meters away from hotel entrance.
Reception is at the 15 floor and the staff are very polite, helpful and formal like almost everyone in Japan.
Our room was standard type and tiny and I do not recommend it to people with big luggage, we are both slim and had only two cabin luggage so we were fine.
Albeit small, the room is super functional, the shower is a great experience, the toiletries on offer are more than enough, the international TV channels are only two, BBC and CNN, the room is impeccably clean.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and we believe the highlight of this hotel is its SUPERB LOCATION.
Second Review ——————— · it is the second time I review this hotel and I will simply repeat myself and it is greatly unfair that Google doesn’t have half “sizes” as this Hotel deserves no doubt a 4.5+ score
the location is ideal if the central part of Tokyo is where you would like to stay. very easy to reach from Narita terminals with a non stop service bus drop off right 10 meters from hotel's entrance.
our room, 1420, was exceptionally nice, functional and very well designed, coffee, water, tea and toiletries of good quality on the package. it is a bit more expensive than nearby same category hotels but it is better out of personal experience travelling back and forth to Tokyo 12 times a year between business and pleasure.
abundance of small restaurants, cafes and convenience stores in pure walking distance as well as extensive shopping for all type of wallets, from Takashimaya to Daimaru department stores and central Tokyo B1 shopping arcades.
I will stay in this place again, the superior room is nice, the price is fair, the location is superb, the service is subject to whom you bump on at the reception desk but in general receptionists and staff are ALL very polite despite lucking some basic and harmless flexibility.

Original Review: I have stayed at this hotel three times now and the service is always outstanding. They will always remember to fulfill my request for an extra blanket and they even remember to have it prepared in the room already. They will help if I need more water, if I have any problem with something in the room that I don’t understand how to use and they help answer any questions I have with directions.
Unfortunately I had a negative experience during my last visit when I was waiting in line to talk to the front desk staff during the afternoon and two new guests ( a couple ) just ran in front of me and cut me off. The three front desk staff members all saw what had happened and did not do or say anything. They just stood and stared. I did not want to start any kind of conflict or commotion over this so I just let it go as the couple and the staff showed no remorse. I was actually more surprised that the three front desk staff members did not do or say anything about this. There were three staff members and none of them said or did anything. They did not even apologize for the problematic situation that occurred right before their eyes. It was very odd and unprofessional.
I will try my best to look past this experience and visit again because I really enjoy and appreciate the service at this hotel but this was a bit of a disappointment for me to see the staff not knowing what is the proper professional way to handle inappropriate behavior from guests that affect the...
Read moreBooked 3 stays in my current Japan trip and this was one of the best stay I had!Location: Hotel Ryumeikan Tokyo, 1 Chome-3-22 Yaesu, Chuo City, Tokyo 103-0028A 3-star hotel but a service like 5-star! Location: Conveniently located between several train station - Tokyo station, Nihombashi station and Mitsukoshimae Station - as well as the JR express bus station to places like Osaka and Mt. Fuji.Considering the multiple lines available, the exit out of the station can be confusing at first, but you'll just have to follow the sign. Here's some cheatsheet:1. Exit A3 for Nihombashi station (use A4 if you have large suitcases)2. North Yaesu (Nihombashi) exit for Toko station (it should be on right)3. Exit B3 for Mitsukoshimae station (walk straight down 2 street - the easiest to find)There is so many shops nearby, you can even walk to Ginza in 10mins! Price and amenitiesThe room was equipped with many goodies - from basic necessities like toiletries, bidet and drinking water; to extra items like facial products, pyjamas, bath salt, snacks, slippers and comb. The bed was very soft and comfy and I definitely had one of the best sleep in this Japan trip! The room was decent sized for solo travellers, there were plenty of sunlight and privacy.Check in and check out was easy and fast and they staffs were very friendly and helpful.Overall a great stay! Definitely give this place a try if you're visiting Tokyo for...
