Nihombashi Takashimaya Shopping Center - East Building — Local services in Tokyo

Visited this building to go to Pokemon Center as well as Pokemon Cafe. When I visited the place it was already at night, so besides Pokemon Center and Cafe, I'm not sure what else is available in the building. But it is a nice building and not so crowded when I visit, maybe it's because it is at night. I fought for the last session of Pokemon Cafe so I arrived around 8pm at Pokemon Cafe and stroll inside the Pokemon store to buy some stuff and souvenirs. Once my session is allowed to enter the cafe, I entered the cafe and was seated at the big dinner table where people who reserved for single seats are. There are a lot of decorations of Pokemon inside the cafe eating the food and so on it was very cute. I ordered The curry rice with hamburger and potato salad as well as the Gengar Soda. I would say the food taste decent but the presentation of the food is amazing. It was very pretty, I was actually quite sad to see it. Halfway through the dinner, the Pikachu mascot came out and dance with the audience, it's so cute I want to bring him home. I really enjoyed coming here even though...

El pokemon café (Pokemon Center si buscas por Google) es prácticamente un visita obligada si te gusta la franquicia, o al menos si quieres rememorar recuerdos de tu infancia. El café ocupa toda una planta de un rascacielos. Para acceder a él tienes que entrar por un portal (se distingue bastante bien, hay unos vinilos gigantes de charmander y los demás en las paredes interiores), donde tomarás un ascensor que te llevará directamente a la planta que es. Nada más salir del ascensor te recibe una estatua de snorlax con pikachu y mew, que hace las veces de reloj. A la izquierda de la estatua está la entrada propiamente dicha al café, mientras que a la derecha está la tienda de recuerdos. La tienda de recuerdos es tax free si les enseñas el pasaporte (algo muy recomendable si te vas a dejar llevar por el consumismo) y aceptan tarjeta extranjera, por lo que no hay impedimento en gastar ingentes cantidades de dinero en la infinidad de peluches y merchandising variado de la franquicia que hay en ella, además de cosas exclusivas que sólo se pueden comprar en esa tienda. En cuanto al café en sí, los precios no son baratos, te puedes gastar fácilmente 50-60€ de media por persona, pero la experiencia merece completamente la pena. Todo el sitio está cuidadosamente decorado y lleno de peluches, estatuas y memoralia de la serie. Los pedidos se hacen desde una tableta, que tiene el menú en inglés, lo cual es una gran ayuda para los clientes no japoneses, y toda la comida es temática. Puedes pedir un café de eeve, una tortilla con la cara de pikachu, etc. Para el café hace falta reservar por adelantado (al menos un mes) en su página web, y hay un máximo de 4 personas por grupo. Una vez reservas te dan una hora, y tienes que estar en la puerta del café un mínimo de 10 minutos antes de esa hora. En el momento que entras, tienes unos 90 minutos para pedir, comer, etc (más que suficientes, porque la comida la sirven rápidamente). Los últimos 20 minutos antes de que acabe ese turno, aparecerá uno de los personajes de la serie (Eeve, Snorlax o Pikachu) que pasará por las mesas saludando e interactuando con los clientes (así que recomiendo no moverse de la mesa hasta que aparezca el...

It was such a fun experience for kids and adults alike who are big fans of Pokémon! The food is visually pleasing and tasted pretty good, too! I loved finding all the little details around the café with all the plushies and decorations. Also, there is a big display and large selection of special café merchandise you can buy! We got to see the big dancing Pikachu during our dining experience as well, and it was so cute! The café is definitely a must if you're a fan! Expect to pay a lot for the food and other things you'll buy, but the memories you'll make will make it...
