I had a disappointing experience with one of the female staff members. She appeared unwelcoming and unapproachable. I purchased a pair of shoes that were supposed to have a 20% discount, but the staff did not apply the discount at checkout. I had to go back and ask about the price, and then another male staff refund the difference and reprocess the payment. This wasted a lot of my time.

I’m not sure whether the staff was unaware of the discount or intentionally ignored it, but if I hadn’t double-checked, I would have paid full price. This raises concerns about either poor training or lack of integrity.
