Takeshita Street — Attraction in Tokyo

Takeshita Street was amazing! Such a vibrant and fun place to explore, full of cute shops, trendy boutiques, and quirky little spots you won’t find anywhere else. If you love nerd fashion, unique souvenirs, or just want to soak in the fun Harajuku vibe, this is the place to be!

There weren’t many gluten-free food options, which was a bit of a downside, but honestly, there was still so much to do that it didn’t take away from the experience. One of the highlights? You can pet little pigs! 🐷😱 It was the cutest thing ever and totally unexpected.

Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Tokyo, there’s something here...

You will have to make the experience and just go there at least once. It’s very typical but I personally did not find it impressive. There are too many shops selling stuff that I personally do not like. Plus a lot of cafes where you can pet all sorts of animals: capibaras, dogs, mini-pigs, otters.
