Though it can become hot or cold 🥶 depending on the weather, you can enjoy nice ambiance BGM outside on chairs or stairs to chill. Try to take a spot first then go order. You can also order online now and go pick up faster ! Very practical to use if you’re in a hurry or don’t want to line up ! You can find yummy food too but I had a double espresso in between two meetings!

It’s a stunning Starbucks. There are indoor and outdoor seating options. But since it’s in the heart of Meiji Jingu station(inside Tokyo Plaza), there is always a lot of rush. The indoor seats are almost never empty. Even then I would suggest to sit outside as there’s plenty of open space. There are elevated step-like seating places. It’s great for big groups. There is also a centre seating outside which lights up in the evening. Looks gorgeous.

Went mid-November 2017 and they had the place decked out in lights and a Christmas tree. Felt like a magical getaway in such a bustling city. Great place to take pictures with part of the skyline peeking out from behind.

Nobody goes to this Starbucks for Starbucks because you have to take what seems like endless escalators to get to the top, which is where this Starbucks is located, and THEN, the line for Starbucks extends down the staircase. The wait averages around 20 minutes, and could be much longer. Also, it's always crowded, at least, inside.

However, the outdoors, roof patio seating area is to die for. It's the best Starbucks location because of it. When you finally get your drink, you can go outside (weather permitting), and enjoy the view, the breeze, and the variety of seating options.

A huge Starbucks on top of a shopping mall. I love the terrace, but recently it can get really crowded. On a weekday is fine, but on the weekend it can get very busy over there and you might need to wait 30 mins to get your drink. On the Terrace theres always space to sit down though, even when crowded. ☺️

The staff is very kind and usually speaks english as well.

I recommend to go on a weekday evening. Sunset is beautiful and the nightview is great too.

I really recommend this place, its just crowded as most places...
