Amazing store BUT CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING!!! I am so sad i loved everything from this store so so much and bought $30 of stickers. The sales were sooo nice and even gave me a free sticker before leaving but when I got back to my hotel I realized NONE of my stickers were in the taped bag she gave me :( she must’ve accidentally grabbed another bag and taped it when we were talking at the register. I was really looking forward to giving some of those stickers away as souvenirs to my friends and now I’m flying back tomorrow with nothing. If the shop sees this review can you pls reach out to me if you still have my stickers; I know it’s a reach but I thought I’d write and try. I’ll attach a photo of my receipt to see if you remember all the products I paid for. If you can ship it to me in America I’ll pay for the shipment of the stickers I purchased!!

UPDATE: THEY REACHED OUT TO ME!!! A truly amazing company; they apologized profusely for this mistake and they shipped me out the stickers on my receipt. My favourite store to visit on Japan. There was a large variety of labels, bags and shirts present, with the origin of each label promoted clearly. The prices were all very reasonable for the quality as well. However, the largest highlight was the customer service. The store was very adequately staffed (3/4 staff for quite a small store). They were very attentive to what you were browsing, explaing the items present and any other connected items in the store (I will note that occasionally this felt a little overbearing at times, but the gesture was appreciated as they were polite) and explained any questions with clear Japanese (note: they seemed to be okay to speak english, but I conversed Japanese when I visited). They had a deal where every 4th sticker was free, which they clarified out of the gate, which was very much appreciated. They additionally have a complementary free sticker after the purchase (which may be baked into the prices anyway, but appreciated nonetheless). In addition, they were happy to converse about topics outside of just the products, which was welcoming. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for the name of the main women who assisted me, but they made the experience a highlight...

Great quality stickers - my third purchase (once at Akihabara, once online, and once at this branch)!

I paste them on my luggage and it lasts through the journeys so far. No pictures allowed in the store. Staff are friendly. Good selection of stickers that is almost the same as the online selection - love the cat stickers and spy x family stickers. Very nice service - foreigners get a free sticker, and they packed it differently with a diff envelope closer if it's a gift to someone else.

Have not tried to remove any sticker to see if it leaves a mark but the quality seems good I don't think there will be an issue.

There used to be a branch right at Akihabara station, but it's no longer there - wish it was as Akihabara station as it was way more convenient. Super hot walk from the train station in the summer so make sure to bring...
