Despite being an impressive store, the entire experience was thoroughly ruined by the appallingly rude behavior of one staff member — specifically, the man with unkempt white hair. His attitude was shockingly disrespectful and entirely contradictory to the renowned courtesy and hospitality associated with Japanese culture. As a car enthusiast and a long-time admirer of JDM culture, I was genuinely excited to visit and even spent over ¥22,000 on merchandise.
I returned shortly after with my partner, eager to share the experience with her. The staff member in question responded with rudeness, visibly mocking us and even laughing directly in my partner’s face — an act that was not only offensive but utterly humiliating.
Even if there were a language barrier, nothing justifies the condescending body language and dismissive behavior we encountered. This is not just poor customer service — it’s disgraceful and tarnishes the reputation of the LBWK brand, as well as the respectful image Japan is known for. His actions led to unnecessary tension and arguments, turning what should have been a joyful day into a deeply unpleasant one.

It wasn’t there, but one of the clerks, an expat American, assured us that 99% of the time, people in Japan return lost property, including wallets, to the police. He directed us to the Harajuku Police Box, which is where we found the wallet. Thank you, friendly, helpful...
