EDWIN TOKYO HARAJUKU — Local services in Tokyo

Came to buy a pair or two of Japanese denim. I was encouraged by the reviews, however the customer service is completely overwhelmed and unable to manage the queue. After being told not to touch the jeans and to wait my turn, which is no problem at all, it is a small and busy shop, another couple came in and started picking out jeans to try on - they were helped immediately and I was completely ignored. When I pointed this out to the shop keeper, he did/said nothing.

If you don’t mind being ignored, and cut in line after waiting before spending a few hundred dollars on jeans, this is your place! Personally, I left to go spend my $ elsewhere. There are plenty of other options in Tokyo for high quality denim and better...

Came here on one of my last days in Tokyo in search of some jeans which are made in Japan. The staff there were super enthusiastic, you could tell they were genuinely passionate about their product and the craftsmanship of their denim. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They were more than happy to have a conversation about the denim where it is sourced from and they even gave me some insight on the Japanese language too. Both gents working there were very helpful and conscientious, they advised and guided. We needed the jeans taking up and this was completed within an hour of making the purchase.
