I went to this salon because a stylist that I had used in a previous salon moved here - Chihaya. Putting aside comments on the salon generally for the moment, Chihaya is a consummate professional. She has long experience working in London and Tokyo, and is bilingual. Perhaps more importantly, she has a good eye - she is really good at what she does. I never felt worried that I would get inconsistent results - she managed to make my hair look as good as possible, and as I wanted, each time. She has a sense of style that not everyone has - highly recommended. The salon itself is clean, with good facilities, and prices reasonable for the market. It is centrally located near Omotesando. Fabio is fabulous! I’ve returned from Minato, Tokyo to San Francisco for almost a month now. I’ve been waiting to share my experience at FA Hairdressing in Tokyo because I wanted to see how the hair played out before I jumped to any conclusions. It has been almost a month and my hairstyle is still fabulous! It is effortless to maintain the style that Fabio has chosen for me. It makes me look younger and more lively! I went to the salon for the first time in January because I needed an adjustment in colour. The contrast with my roots and my usual highlights had to change due to some new grey hair 😅. It didn't look natural and even anymore. I had a consultation with Yoshie and Fabio. Their advice couldn't have been more accurate!!! Yoshie did a fantastic job with the colour, and I am really happy with the results as they totally fixed it!
