Be prepared to queue for quite a while at this dessert shop. Due to the small size of the shop (around 10 max in the store at any one time), and lacking customer management, wait times can possibly take up to an hour. Suggest that they could perhaps implement a time limit for each table so that the wait time could be shortened.

I also find it quite surprising that they insist their customers to order a dessert each, and not allow sharing. Would their customer turnover rate not be higher if they allow sharing?

Lastly, while they take your order outside the door, they only submit your ticket order after you are seated at the table, resulting in another 5-10 minutes wait.

If they could reduce all these timings, I think they could improve on their customer satisfaction.

That said, the Mont Blanc is really really good. Strong chestnut flavour without being overpowering, and with a good balance of sweetness, milk, and nutty flavours. Hot and cold are well-balanced too, making for a delightful experience of dessert.
