I was honestly hoping to see more Japanese streetwear/underground brands here, but it was overwhelming western high end designers. Also, the vibe was completely uninviting. Only one store clerk smiled at me while the others felt like I was a nuisance being there. It’s a vibe that if you don’t look like them nor dress like them (which I typically do, I just wasn’t dressed like I normally do that day because I had an appointment later in the day), they ignore you and don’t bother...

The employee who packed our purchase was extremely friendly and respectful. But on the day we went here there was a video/photoshoot of very obnoxious Americans. Our poor guy wasn’t allowed to pack our purchase on the counter as advised by his rude manager (?) or superior. Other than that, they have a great selection of „hype beast brands“ for retail price or less. We went to both stores and...

Lovely service from an American guy there. It was nice to hear some native English speakers after a while in Japan. Extremely respectful and helpful and entertaining whilst we were picking out gifts. Great variety of clothing, the latest and trending to ones from last season which had 20% off. My brother loved the off...
