Oakwood Residence Roppongi T Cube — Local services in Tokyo

Hi Dean, At Roppongi T Cube, the front desk staff were incredible during our stay - attention to detail, service, kindness to our family (especially Reiko, Momoka and Saori).

You need to ensure they are looked after better than I believe they are, it is clear they are not given much break time, and I think this is poor from your company. They are a real asset. People who work as hard as they do deserve rest time during the day, and more holidays. They are clearly nervous to take a day off.

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, and great view of mount fuji from our unit.

Its obviously in a very commercial area, but there are pockets of neighborhoods nearby that are peaceful for walks/runs, and it's very quiet on weekends.

You can hear the noise from the highway right below, which we don't mind but could bother some people.

Short walk to multiple grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and plenty of food...

From the supervisor Reiko to the guest service team (Kotone, Bipana and Daria; my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The team were always so friendly, polite and caring.

In addition, my kids grew very fond of the team as they were always so engaged with my kids.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend...
