Wow, just wow, in the most abhorred sense of the expression. I read the other not very flattering reviews of this burger joint and thought, "it can't possibly be that bad." I frequently pass this place during the week and seems to be popular with office workers - so I thought, "why not, let's give it a try." Well, let me tell you - by far one of the worst, if not the worst burgers I have ever had in my life anywhere in the world. The ordering process is rather straightforward and via a tablet kiosk - I will admit I became a little concerned when I realized how affordable my meal was despite having ordered large fries and a drink with my double cheeseburger (I also somehow inadvertently included some nuggets with my fries).

But why was it so bad? The beef patties were like an amalgamation of plastic, rubber, gristle and beef fat. Chewier than the cheapest dog toy, almost to the point of being inedible. I couldn't even finish the burger, it was truly that bad. Japan, which even on a bad day usually does not provide subpar quality, really let me down this time. I would have rather gone to McDondald's - which is actually an understatement because the quality at McDonald's in Japan makes it seem like a 3 star Michelin restaurant compared to the 3rd (quality) burger. The fries were also nothing great, and the chicken nuggets' texture was equally dubious. Four days later and I am still reeling about how bad this burger was, the beef is so bad I genuinely wonder if it was beef and not like some sort of beef leftovers mixed with pork parts or something. Disgusting. Do not eat here unless you want to experience the novelty of trying one of the worst burgers...

This shop is really close to the station / Roppongi Grand Tower, so I've been twice.

The first time I got an Avacado Burger to go. It was so-so, but the meat was pretty lacking and I ended up with an avacado between buns plus a lot of toppings.

The second time, I ate-in with the Cheese-in-bun burger with chicken nuggets on the side. Again, the meat was pretty lacking and the overall burger had a very salt-heavy taste to it.

The cheese tasted like it was heated excessively and was generally of pretty low quality. Because of the cut in the top of the hamburger, every bite had cheese coming from the top. The cut in the top is definitely cool for pictures, but it's not very practical. As I have a mustache, this meant that I just had cheese stuck to my upper lip. Wearing a mask trapped me with the smell and light taste of the low-quality cheese until I was able to find a bathroom with towels.

The chicken nuggets were only 70円, but they tasted like they came from the cheapest bag of frozen chicken nuggets. Do not recommend.

My suggested improvements: Less salt on the burger. Please. Lower the temperature for the cheese warmer and look at other cheese options. The fountain cheese idea is cool, but it might be better if the cut at the top of the burger was actually meant to be flipped over before putting it in the burger. Please less salt flavor on everything. If chicken nuggets are an offering, that's good, but find a better vendor or find some way to make...

The burger is decent, fries are not great (overly oily but not crispy), and the worst part of all is if you ask for drink without ice they literally only give you 1/3 of a cup. Even McDonald's doesn't cheat its customers like this, a real let down. Will not revisit ever again. If you fancy healthy burger with avacado can try, but be prepared to feel robbed when you order their drink.
