I shop a lot at Polo Australia and always received great service, it must be a worldwide thing! I was greeted almost immediately even though it was so busy in store!

Every team member says hello when you walk past which is nice. I was served by a gentleman when looking at watches, then by a lady when looking at clothes. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up with a nice varsity jacket that my partner and I can share, well we all know it’s hers now anyway aha. Got a nice polo shirt and a backpack. The upstairs area is beautiful!

My shopping experience here was so terrible. Me and my wife came here to look for some items one day. When I ask the clerk at the custom area for the fitting room, she just said “あちらです” without even making eyes contact with me nor any guidance. This was my first time I got treated disrespectfully like this at a Japan store. The other clerks from other stores could have guided me kindly if I asked.
