When my mom politely asked if there was a women’s size available for a pair of shoes, he barely acknowledged her and simply walked away. She was genuinely interested and ready to make a purchase, but he never returned or followed up. I later saw him standing in the aisle rearranging clothes — clearly not looking for the shoes. It was upsetting and left us with a very poor impression. We decided not to proceed with the purchase and will avoid this branch...
