SALOMON Shibuya Store — Local services in Tokyo

Really unenjoyable and disappointing shopping experience. I don’t think the SA there even did their job as SA.

Most of the designs are out of stock on the online store so I went to the shop. It was quite empty but the SA there seemed not willing to answer any questions from me or give any advice on their products. I was not even finish asking question and SA just turned his head away…Most of the sizes are out of stock. I chose couple of design they all told me there’s no the size I wanted. Then I asked which design would probably have the size, then they literally told me that I have to keep asking or there’s no way to know. Since I was looking for a present for other person and not sure about if the size fits. So I asked if they provide exchange or return service if and the answer is negative. Fair enough……. I’m not asking them to treat their customers like GOD. But at least help them with their shopping. I heard about a lot of good reputation about Salomon’s products, but SA in Shibuya, this is not the way u suppose to treat...

I visited the Shibuya boutique in the afternoon on Thursday, 12 Dec. Came in looking to get the XT-6 & left as a happy customer! Massive compliments to all the sales associates for their warmth & hospitality. Despite the afternoon crowd, they were dedicated to meet the customers’ needs.

Special mention goes to Yuya for being so kind & patient in assisting my partner & I with the models & sizing. Thank you for making our last purchase a memorable one. Overall, it was an enjoyable retail experience. I will wholeheartedly recommend this Salomon boutique...
