Louis went way above and beyond the call of duty. His service is unmatched.

Please give Louis a raise. I guarantee he is your most valuable employee at that location. He deserves more compensation.

Please promote Louis, he is the best employee you have.

Please give Louis a paid vacation, you should be pampering him.

This story is no exaggeration. This is really what happened. The moment I first stepped out of the elevator to the men's floor, Louis was there to greet me. Louis "clocked me" right away. (Clocked (slang): To notice or recognize someone or something, often in a way that reveals something hidden or true.) In English, I explained what I was looking for, Louis knew what the right pants 👖 would be for me on the first try. The fit. The style. The size. He got it right on the first pick. In fact it was so quick, I am ashamed to admit I couldn't believe it...

I made Louis pick out over 12 pairs of pants for me to try on. Different styles. Different sizes. (I just couldn't believe he picked out the correct pair on the first try.)

He was helpful and patient the entire time. (Special shout out to my wife who was also helpful and patient) this whole process was easily over an hour long. That is how picky, rigorous, and thorough I was being. The made in Japan levi's are expensive so I needed to be exactly correct with my purchase.

I couldn't make my purchase that day. I needed to sleep on it. When I told Louis I wasn't ready to buy a pair of pants he was still perfectly happy and polite. I am not explaining well how attentive Louis was throughout this whole process, and how much work I was giving him...even after I used his service for so long and didn't make a purchase at the end he was the model employee. Amazing service.

My old pants (pictured with holes in the butt) died the next week. But even before that I had made up my mind to return to the store.

Once again I tried on that very first pair of pants.

The pair Louis had first picked out for me as soon as he heard what I wanted the very first minute of meeting him. IT WAS SO OBVIOUSLY THE CORRECT PAIR!!!

Even though it was an extra busy day, Louis was doing a lot to manage the floor, he took time out to get me in my perfect jeans. He helped me get the measurements right for the in-house tailoring. And checked me out himself.

I even got to wear the pants out of the store.

I see many other reviews mentioning Louis here. These are justified. He is the best salesman I have ever worked with.

I wish him all the success in the world.

This is to Levi senior management: you need to take very very very good care of Louis or he will move on to better things. You have to make working for Levi's so good he can't help but stay. You will regret losing him. He is so good I am not even sure how you would keep him.

Levi's, double Louis's salary, it's nothing compared to the amount of business he is bringing in. Even tripling...

I spent almost two hours in the store trying on different jeans to find "the one". I was purchasing a shrink-to-fit and was concerned about finding the right size for myself.

A very helpful and attentive staff member was there for me the entire two hours. He was able to recommend different styles and fits for me to try on, and had different sizes literally waiting outside the change room. He was also able to provide very critical information about how each specific jean would shrink, and how it would fit on me after the fact.

I was very impressed with how knowledgeable he was of the jeans and I appreciate how patient he was as we looked for the right one for me. This was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Thank you so much! I can't wait...

Me and my siblings stopped by here on a random afternoon since we heard about the tailoring shop. We went up and met Riku. Riku was incredibly helpful with the entire process. He came up to us and helped us out with the entire process. Finding clothes with us, explaining the custom tailoring process, fitting, designing, checking out. He was super friendly and we talked for a while about our experiences in japan and his experiences staying in the US!
