The UDX building was one of the primary places we ate on our recent (2018) trip to Tokyo. It's located about 2 minutes walking across an overpass from the JR Akihabara Station's Electric Town exit.
The first three floor as all restaurants with a wide variety of food ranging from 3 different, and inexpensive, ramen restaurants on the second floor to an Unagi restaurant on the third floor you can very easily spend $100 at for dinner. Every restaurant we went to had an English menu and several had staff members fluent in English as well.
