Supreme Daikanyama — Local services in Tokyo

Least busy Supreme but odd staff - not rude, per se, but they seem to be actively avoiding any interactions with customers or just completely floating out in la la land. I’ve taken my kids into the Harajuku and Shibuya stores and the staff are always super nice and have even given them stickers and novelties - sometimes without even making a purchase. On the flip side, after spending a pretty decent amount of money at Daikanyama, I didn’t even get a basic red sticker. It’s a first for me, and I’ve been shopping at Supreme since ~2008. I know those “extras” are not guaranteed, but it’s a small missing gesture that puts this shop at the bottom of the list of Supremes by a long shot. I was polite and all interactions with staff were in Japanese (I’m a PR, not a tourist), but that didn’t seem to change their demeanor. Simply pathetic staff. Horrible customer service and a cheater. For tourist, tax is claimable but he just simply refused to acknowledge shore pass. Didn’t wanna help at all. For everything he simply said that we don’t have anything. Pathetic cashier. This store is so disgusting that it should be closed. Just damn hell accept it’s an American brand and not some local cheap shop....

This store has more clothes than the one in shibuya and not crowed as well, but terrible staff attitude. I kindly asked him for help but he responded me “what do you mean? I don’t know” with the voice like that’s not his business while still looking on his phone, lol. I wanted to give it 1 star but eventually he thanked me when I checked...
