A unique place where they don't have a menu, but they have lists of seasonal ingredients that you can ask to incorporate into a certain dish (e.g., pasta, meat course). You can also select a chef's course and get their recommended dishes as well (may be easier if you don't speak Japanese). We got the chef's course and everything was delicious.

The restaurant also has a nice vibe. It was neat to be able to see the kitchen if you get a counter seat. I would love to visit again when I'm in the area.

We went on a Tuesday evening at 7pm and it was quite busy, so I recommend making a reservation...

Amazing Restraunt you MUST visit if you’re in Shibuya! It’s a bit hard to find for tourists, but totally worth the walk. They have no menu, only the seasonal ingredients they have fresh on the day. I love Chef Narita’s amazing cooking skills and gentle smile. To fully enjoy this Restraunt, I recommend you to sit at the counter and watch the chefs cook! Every staffs are warm it makes you want to come back...

We have always loved coming here for dinner. The anti pasta plate has great variety and the pasta and meat dishes change with the seasons which keeps the menu interesting. All the food is always cooked beautifully and delicious! Went there for lunch yesterday and it was such great value. With the pasta or meat dish, they also threw in an anti pasta starter,...

メニューは無く、自分の食べたい食材やソースで注文出来るイタリアン。 その日、仕入れてきた旬の美味しい食材が黒板に書かれていて、そこから気分で自分の好きな食材を言うもよし、何が食べたい、と店員さんに相談するもよし、のありそうでなかった、オーダーメイドの自分好みに作れちゃうお店。 好き嫌いがある方も安心して注文できますね。 シェフはお一人で料理するため、まとめて注文がおすすめです。 まずはクラフトビールとアップルビネガーサワーで乾杯。 前菜盛り合わせを食べながら、黒板と友達と想像しながら相談するのがまた楽しい時間。 ボリュームたっぷり、9品もの前菜。 お肉、お野菜、お魚とバランスもよく、一品一品が丁寧につくられていて、ブロッコリーのソースまで拘りを感じます。どれも上品で美味しい。 本日用意してあるお料理からゴールドラッシュの冷製スープをチョイス。 スープは甘味が強く、焦がしたとうもろこしの粒が入っていて香ばしく、焼いてパリッとさせたチーズも乗っていてスープと良く合い、量もちょうど良い。 パスタが食べたい、ハマグリが食べたい、お野菜はズッキーニが食べたい、と、ここまでは好きなものを言うだけですが、なんのソースが合う、パスタが合う等は素人の私には難しいので相談すると、生のりも合いそうなので、オイルベースのリングイネがよく絡むとのことでした。ほんのり和風テイストの想像通り美味しいパスタに感動。 相談にのってくれる店員さんもほんとにセンスの塊、スペシャリストです。 私たちの、食べたいわがままを形にしてくれるシェフも天才。 お肉は京都の鴨肉をチョイス。 こちらはもも肉、胸肉、ささみのフリットと3種類の味が楽しめて、サラダもちゃんと抜かりなく美味しい。旨みたっぷりのもも肉、赤身のさっぱりとした胸肉、衣が美味しい柔らかいささみ、どれも少しずつ食べられて嬉しい。 2名でお料理は3皿でお腹いっぱいの量があります。食いしん坊な私たちはそれにスープとデザートも欠かせない！！ 自家製の焼きたてレモンケーキはブロックごとかじりつきたいほど美味しかった。プリンは甘さ控えめで硬めにむしていてどストライクでした。 大満足。自慢できちゃうお店です。 料理の量も質もとても良く、接客も丁寧でコスパもとても良いと感じました。 デートにも、女子会にも向いています。ぜひ行ってみてほしい自信を持ってオススメできるお店でした。
