I came for lunch on a weekend. There was a huge line outside but that ended up being for the place next door. There were actually plenty of seats inside but I ended up being sat in the back corner.
Ordering was easy enough but it took a while to get my food. The servers were not super attentive and I noticed a feel times when people were waiting to be served.
The food was good but I think maybe I should have gotten something else? Certainly it's hard to get a cubano in Tokyo so it's hard to compare it to other places. The coffee was kind of middling though.
The prices were also pretty high for what you got. But as I sat there, I noticed a lot of people were couples so maybe it's more of a fancy date place. I was in a corner so maybe I couldn't appreciate the decor as much but I found it to be a bit dark even with the huge windows. Cubano was just ok. It’s tough to screw up a sandwich but the pork was not marinated and cooked as it should have been. Fish tacos were a wet mess with 2 of the tiniest pieces of fish.
Waitress didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Got our order wrong 3 times. My friend just gave up on the 3rd attempt. It’s not like they were busy at all. She just stood there like a log for most of our meal.
This place makes me sad. I won’t be...

We asked him about the Cuban sandwich only to be told we hadn’t ordered any food. We told him we’d ordered half an hour ago and he assured us he’d only taken a drink order. Not a big deal in my books because we weren’t too hungry anyway but his attitude towards the whole situation was just absolutely rubbish. No offering an apology, no even considering he might’ve been in the wrong. Anyway, we grabbed some awesome cheap takoyaki close by so in the end I guess it was a win-win! (Their Cuban sandwich’s are around...
