I came for lunch on a weekend. There was a huge line outside but that ended up being for the place next door. There were actually plenty of seats inside but I ended up being sat in the back corner.

Ordering was easy enough but it took a while to get my food. The servers were not super attentive and I noticed a feel times when people were waiting to be served.

The food was good but I think maybe I should have gotten something else? Certainly it's hard to get a cubano in Tokyo so it's hard to compare it to other places. The coffee was kind of middling though.

The prices were also pretty high for what you got. But as I sat there, I noticed a lot of people were couples so maybe it's more of a fancy date place. I was in a corner so maybe I couldn't appreciate the decor as much but I found it to be a bit dark even with the huge windows. There's an attempt with the Americana decor but it was just lacking the warmth and...

Wow, SO disappointing. We are at the peak of corn season and the elote was very clearly a preboiled and refrigerated cob that we saw the “chef” just burn with a blowtorch. Terrible texture and flavor. Come on guys! This is one of your signature dishes at the peak of summer.

Cubano was just ok. It’s tough to screw up a sandwich but the pork was not marinated and cooked as it should have been. Fish tacos were a wet mess with 2 of the tiniest pieces of fish.

Waitress didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Got our order wrong 3 times. My friend just gave up on the 3rd attempt. It’s not like they were busy at all. She just stood there like a log for most of our meal.

This place makes me sad. I won’t be...

Pretty cool vibes and nice food from the looks of things. Only thing is after ordering a Cuban sandwich and waiting for half an hour we called over the waiter. We asked him about the Cuban sandwich only to be told we hadn’t ordered any food. We told him we’d ordered half an hour ago and he assured us he’d only taken a drink order. Not a big deal in my books because we weren’t too hungry anyway but his attitude towards the whole situation was just absolutely rubbish. No offering an apology, no even considering he might’ve been in the wrong. Anyway, we grabbed some awesome cheap takoyaki close by so in the end I guess it was a win-win! (Their Cuban sandwich’s are around...

About a 10 minute walk from Shibuya station, Cafe Habana offers an array of basic Cuban food like Cuban sandwiches, Roasted/Pulled Pork plates, and a bunch of other entrees and appetizers along with a fully stocked bar that offers MOJITOS, TEQUILA, BEER, HIGH BALL etc... Most of the staff speaks English, the menu is both in English and Japanese, they accept credit, free WiFi, the whole restaurant is non-smoking, and has a cool vibe. If you are craving something other than Japanese food, definitely make a pit-stop at this joint, your taste-buds will be satisfied.

The corn was great and because of that we might come back (even though it was a little expensive). Unfortunately the vegetarian sandwich was a little disappointing. It was nothing special. Basic vegetables, cheese, and avocado sandwich that you can find at most burger restaurants in Tokyo. However, with all the parts that matter (cheese, avocado, and sauce) they were really quite stingy, half a slice of cheese in each half and a little bit of avocado. Which I was surprised because of the price.
