The Okura Prestige Tower — Local services in Tokyo

Loved our stay here. Although it appears to be primarily business clientele, as tourists it still catered to our needs perfectly. Huge rooms with great amenities and views! The staff were super attentive and friendly. The concierge was very helpful and as non-Japanese speakers, helped us with several restaurant bookings. The fitness centre and pool floor (floor 27 amazing) had unexpectedly great saunas, tubs and pools, which were great at the end of a long day exploring the city. It’s not cheap but I’d argue very good value for money, based on location, staff and facilities....

The Okura is a beautiful hotel. The location is a 15-minute walk from the train station. The hotel is clean, has a great atmosphere, and services are impeccable. The hotel has an all you can eat breakfast buffet style restaurant for $40. The food was so delicious. The room that we stayed in was clean, smelled good, and the bed was so comfortable. Epitome of luxury in the middle of Tokyo! rooms are impressive. it is a discovery on its own. service is impeccable. two breakfast restaurants to choose from, one more Japanese in cuisine, the other more international. and the spread is superb! can't say very much more than this hotel really caters to your every need. the gym is also well stocked, 5 treadmills, some free weights and weight machines. there is also a spa at the same floor as the gym. service at the gym...
