The space is nice and clean and she was very professional and very accommodating. The place is also English and foreigner friendly. She gives you a form to fill out on what you want to do and your skin concerns and will go based on that. I got the hydra facial and my face does feel and look cleaner and fresher with a glow. Looked up online for English speaking facials and found this location. Online on hot pepper, there was a first time customer deal for Hydrafacials for 9800 yen. Although you may book online, we went in person today and were explicitly told it would be 19,800 yen for us and only second time visitors would pay 9800 yen by the receptionist Emma. When we inquired it the first time, she said no, it was 19,800 yen.
