The taste was fine but the staff needs improvement. I wanted a slice of crepe and asked if I could take out. I was told yes and when I went to pay with my credit card the staff told me that mille crepe is actually dine in only. OK fine. We then waited in line to dine in but two other guests cut us in line and were welcome into the store by the staff. I raised this issue with the staff and was rudely waved away with very crude and dismissive hand gestures. When we went in we had to each buy an overpriced drink on top of our slice of cake. So it was ¥2700+ for two watery drinks (full of ice) and one slice of cake and to be disrespected by staff. It also took a very long time for the drinks and cake to arrive.

Decent cake with a variety of options. It seems to be popular with a line extending well past the entrance. It appears to be a good calm place to relax and talk to friends over a tea and cake if you want. The cake itself is good. Fresh fruits and cream tastes good. But that's really what it holds out to be in the end. So it's quality and done well, but nothing exceptional in my experience. The tea has various types and they give you ab option to add honey/sugar syrup as you please. The staff are courteous, but are quite busy. The order time can be somewhat long if it's a full house. I would give this place a go if I was in the area and had time to wait for...

한번도 리뷰를 남겨본적 없는데 이번 경험이 그걸 깨트리게 한다. 매장 내 서빙해주시는 점원분들은 정말 친절했고 케이크도 나쁘지 않았는데 마지막 계산할때의 안경쓴 남자직원이 화끈하게 모든걸 망친다. 일본 여행을 여러번 했지만 이렇게까지? 열받는 사람은 처음이다

즐겁게 먹고 계산하다가 집에서도 들어본적 없는 크기의 한숨을 대놓고 하는데 너무 당황했다.

이 곳에 남긴 리뷰들을 보면 최악의 경험이라고 계산 할때의 남자를 이야기 하는데(거의 외국인들이) 아마도 같은 남자일것 같은데 도쿄 시부야에서 그것도 히카리에 같은 큰 몰에서 저런 사람이 일을 한다는게 쫌 이상하다고 생각했다. 외국인이 많을수 밖에 없는 환경에서 일하면서 외국인을 싫어한다? 그럴꺼면 자기가 알아서 그런 환경이 아닌곳에서 일해야 하는거 아닌가?

저런걸 따질수 있을만큼 일본어가 능통하지 않아서, 열만 잔뜩 받고 왔다 처음으로 일본어 학원을 좀더 일찍 다닐껄 후회하게 했던 곳.

일본에서 직원들이 생각보다 친절하지 않다는건 몇번의 여행을 통해서 알고 있었고 또 바라지도 않지만 여기 이 사람은 열심히 일하는 동료까지 욕먹게 할 수준의 서비스다.

4점짜리 가게가 돈을 내는 순간 1점으로 바뀌는곳 2점은 친절하게 대해주셨던 서빙 직원때문에 1점 더 넣었다.

I wanted to argue. Japanese wasn't at that level. I thought I should learn Japanese harder because of that employee. That not all employees in Japan are friendly I already know from a few trips. But still, this experience is the worst.Because of one person here, It's a service that makes even kind colleagues get cursed at.
