Vientiane Center is a modern shopping mall located in the heart of Laos’ capital, offering a refreshing contrast to the laid-back pace of the city. As one of the largest shopping destinations in Vientiane, it provides a wide range of options for both locals and tourists looking for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The mall features a variety of international and local brands, ranging from clothing, electronics, and beauty products to home goods. While the selection isn’t as extensive as in larger regional malls, it still offers a decent variety for shoppers. Prices are generally reasonable, and there are frequent sales, making it a good spot for picking up necessities or souvenirs.

Whether you’re craving Asian dishes, Western fast food, or Lao specialties, the food court has something to satisfy most appetites. In addition, the mall has a few popular sit-down restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy a more relaxed meal.
Entertainment options include a modern cinema that screens both international and local films, providing a great escape from the heat or a way to unwind in the evening. There’s also a kids’ play area, which makes the mall a family-friendly destination.
The mall is clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning that provides a welcome respite from Vientiane’s tropical climate. The layout is easy to navigate, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
