Taste: :/ very bland .. way too sweet. Not in accordance with Starbucks standards.

My grande and venti sized drinks had only 1 shot of espresso when other Starbucks (US, Japan, PH, TH and a few others in Asia region) would put 2 shots in their grande drinks. Ordered various drinks on different occasions grande and venti drinks only, all had 1 shot of espresso. (I am thinking that to keep prices down for the local market, Starbucks needed a way to cut corners.)

Customer experience: Walked in with high hopes (after all, it's the first Starbucks in Laos), but walked out very disappointed. So disappointed that I did not even want to bother having them remake drink (yes, you can do that...

I love the atmosphere here that I feel refreshed and I am inspired by the smelling wonderful of making coffee! And I love the ice matcha latte so much. Moreover, there has decorated the modern minimal style which have many areas for the coworking spaces to be able choosing the table and having a seat. Then, the taste is the same as Starbucks in other countries that is the same formula. For the price of beverage, snack and cake that I think it’s cheapest than many countries in Asia such as China, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, etc (for my opinion), it is started the price around 4$ per cup but, here is started around 3$ per cup. Ordered brewed tea. Emperor cloud mist. As it is in the menu. But was served peppermint tea. Immediately knew they got me the wrong tea so I highlighted. Apparently they ran out of what I wanted and just tried to substitute without informing me hoping I don't find out? How is that possible. I think the service is very much hindered by lack of confidence to communicate in non native language. Such as English. Or Mandarin. But I thought anyone with some soundness will still try to inform.
