The Superb Cuisine — Restaurant in Borneo

It was lunch time. My wife and I searching for new place with that serve good food and good service. As always, google maps is the trusted navigator.

Conveniently, this place was just a 5 minute drive from us. It was lunch hour. The place was quite pack, luckily few vacant spot for us. Short greeting upon arrival, guidance to vacant table and menu was place on the table. Service was fast and smooth. Upon ordering, staff is patience and open for recommendations. Good service and good atmosphere.

We order 3 dishes. Hokkien Mee for my wife, Chinese Sausage Fried Rice for me and a side dish of small Sweet Sour Spare Ribs.

Food served in adequate amount of time, considering it was lunch hour. Waiting time around 15 minutes. The first dish was served. Fried rice was nice, simple yet fill-up your tastebud satisfaction. Hokkien Mee, according to my wife was okay. Taste good, above average and better that some of other stalls. Sweet sour spare rib, the sauce was nice but the ribs meat are quite tough. The foods are delicious. However here's something to improve. FYI, I booked for a dinner a day earlier. Already informed the menu and let them know that my family will be coming by 7pm. I reserved/booked for 1 table (6paxs). Even called them on the day to confirmed. Waited for almost 1 hour for order to be served! Then, I asked the waiter why does it take so long to serve the foods. He panicked. Checked with the kitchen staffs. It turns out he didn't cooked our order. After an hour. Only after I inquired them. I'm very disappointed with this kind of mistake. F&B - ordered Kueh tiaw and the portion was huge. Felt it was not salty enough. But the hot plate bean curd was good although the portion could be more and I’ve had better ones at other places. In general, it’s quite good.

Environment - can be quite packed if it’s full house. Also, noisy. It is air conditioned. Can be improve!

Parking -plenty of free parking available.

Service - quick service. Staffs were attentive.

Price- quite reasonable for the portion given.
