5 stars for the food and environment but worst experience ever due to the terrible attitude of the manager. On 4/3/2023, (between 7pm to 11pm), a particularly guy claiming himself as the manager of the restaurant has given me and my friends the worst service and experience ever. He did not want to tell his name so here’s the date and the time when he is on his duty. We waved our hands a few times to order, he saw us, instead of coming forward, he choose to look at us and IGNORED, asking the other staffs to serve us knowing that they are all busy taking other customers order. While he was literally just STANDING THERE (he wasn’t busy at the moment and this is why we waved at him). This situation happened for a few times and I even need to shout at him to get his attention and yet he still choose to ignore. Lastly, I ordered a mineral water, he was the one taking my order, expectedly, we did not get the water. I believe he choose to ignore us again. We confronted him and asked why is he ignoring us continuously, he started to feel embarrassed and insisted he was not the one taking our order. I was shocked by his dishonest behaviour and how poor he is performing his duty as a manager. Anyways, we have not received any apology as he was just trying to avoid the embarrassment by telling us not to shout at him like that, he just turned away and went back inside. Went to this restaurant on 04June at around 730pm with 4 Adults and 2 Kids. Everything was fine until the waitresses start to clean up the plates and cutlery ALMOST IMMEDIATELY after each of us finishes our food, when there was a full portion of pizza for sharing still on the table. It's extremely irritating that the waitress request to remove our plates for at least 3 times throughout the dinner. It's like they are trying to tell us to hurry up, there's more customers out there to take up our table

Besides that, the waitress has even missed out one of the pasta that we ordered when all of the dishes have been served. Had to remind them and turns out they didn't even write down that particular dish.

Lastly, at around 830pm after we finished our food, the waiters and waitresses finally "chased us away" by allowing the customers who are in queue to come in and STAND RIGHT BESIDE OF OUR TABLE, as if we are at some chinese hawker centre and they are here to book this table before others took it. The customers did not enter on their own, the staffs told them to come in and wait! This is very unprofessional when a restaurant allows or I'd even say, encourage this to happen.

Food quality was average, but this hospitality was definitely a big turn off and make us never want to...

Heard good things about this restaurant and saw the good reviews. Personally I was let down. The price is too high for all items and portions are small. Some items were also not available. Sides were the most upsetting. Frozen french fries and frozen re-baked potatoes. Old hard sticky asparagus. Bread that had been toasted and let sit with juices making it soggy. And the wings and fish which were also frozen and not freshly battered for a very high price. The prices suggest fresh food. This is a reheated or deep fried food restaurant and dishes took a long time in between. One person was eating at a time and only the interior of the restaurant was full. Still don't be fooled. The interior doesn't seat many. It appears they want you to be on the patio. Washrooms were clean but the soap was just water. Though through this the dishes were well presented and the main portions tasted well. The design of the restaurant was nice. Servers are very nice and tentative. Free WiFi. Patio music...
