First of all, the buffet is pretty decent, portion is fine, tasted okay. Secondly, that one waitress attitude is unbearable. The first time I came, after I scan the QR code for the menu, your duty is to guide me, not directly taking my phone and do all for me. I have a pretty bad obsession of cleanliness, she used my phone with her oily gloves, I was so close to throw a tantrum at her but I don't know why I was being so generous and think, "Ah, she might be busy and needed to rush to another customer to serve." As a staff of the shop, she doesn't seem welcoming to customers. Whenever I needed something, she seems very annoyed and she gave me the feeling like she's very unwilling to serve. The second time, I admit the fault might be mine as I didn't know the buffet only accepted when you have a reservation with them. After knowing we can only take the buffet offer by reservation, I reject to have a meal there. She immediately keep all the menus and turn her back to us and walked away. Her actions are so rude and my companion feel very uncomfortable. I'm really quite mad and had a really bad experience having a meal there. Customers don't have to bear your emotions as we wanted to have our time with our families and friends there. Not to mention, the rude waitress is pretty short, with no glasses and no bangs. Went for the buffet cause for rm80 per pax you’re getting Angus beef slice and prawns , sounds like a good deal. But the truth is they serve you cheap and easy-to-fill -up-your- stomach dishes that you didn’t order . For cheap ingredients they would serve you in very big portions but a portion of Angus beef slice only had three very thin slices . The menu labelled “fresh lala” but what was serve was Lala that who knows has been kept for how many months . Tasted terrible . We were there from 7:30 till 11:20, and they only managed to serve 20 tiny servings of Angus beef and 20+ small servings of prawns. Do they expect us to share such small portions among three ? As we’re approaching 10+ , we ordered more prawns but was told that they ran out of stock. I am guessing they’re just lazy to defrost what they have in their inventory. Also , a customer puked in the toilet and after 30 minutes , the toilet was still in no condition to be used as it smelled too bad. This place used to be at par to Haidilao, but no more.
