Molly Fantasy MyTOWN Shopping Centre — Local services in Kuala Lumpur

First impression was that this place is huge and seems like it has lots of stuff but to be frank, 1/3rd of it was an area for role/pretend play things which practically had lots of missing items or just plain “furniture” with nothing to play with. The low stars were for the staff there. 6 staffs and throughout the time I was there, they were just hanging at the front, chatting. One of the guy manning the cashier Al Amir was even very rude; I asked him why can’t they open another counter as there’s 4 other staff near him (then) was just standing and hanging around and there’s like 6 customers waiting for their turn (not lined up) and he rudely replied “biarlah diorang beratur”. Eh please, all of us have kids and they’re mega excited to go in but you’re making us wait cause you guys are so incompetent to make the process go faster (some more have to fill in paper and forms like ancient times) and true enough, 2 kids started tantrumming and screaming as they had to wait to go in. Then few times I caught the staff playing on the arcade games, not exactly for maintenance or what, they were actually playing with the machines. Bukannya nak tolong clean the place up or find all the missing pretend play items ke. Molly Fantasy at IOI Putrajaya is half the size but HEAPS better than this place.

Please splurge a bit more and go to Parenthood instead. Way better...

We often visit mytown mollyfantasy, and it's usually very pleasant. I think the service staff are also good, but today I felt very unhappy.I want to complain about the service of an Indian ladies crew in mytown molly fantasy. I feel that her service made me feel uncomfortable and even made me feel like I was cheating on tickets. Although she compensated us for the missing tickets, I don’t want to experience it again today. It was very unpleasant and even made me feel very angry. This is not the first time we have played with this machine.I hope the company can focus on employee training and service quality.However, I still need to praise another Malay female crew for her good service. Horrible playground area.. Save your money and time and don't come here.. The place wrecked!.. Almost everything is either: broken, missing, dirty or messy! Hygiene is highly compromised here!..just look at the mini cars..they look like they survived WW1 The pretend play area looks like a hunted place..wrecked and stripped of all the items and toys.. Inside the tree was supposed to be very pretty..but is just a garbage place.. I don't understand how come no one is taking actions on this.. This should be same company as kidzoona in Aeon Maluri.. But over there is very good service and awesome staff taking care of every corner..
