The staff at Zara Mytown are really quite rude. I bought over a dozen pieces of clothing, costing almost RM2k. I didn’t count how many items I had. When I was about to leave, the sensor triggered but no staff came over, so I assumed everything was fine and walked away.
While I was walking, one staff member stopped me and asked me to go back to the store. After checking, they found one item that hadn’t been paid for. Without even saying sorry, they took my paper bag and brought it to the counter. I did complaining on how the staff do their job that leads to this mess. After I paid for the item, I asked them, not even a single person apologized. This has caused me so much inconvenience, and guess what? The staff even looked annoyed and arrogant.
Hello Zara Malaysia, is this how your staff treat customers? They made a mistake, inconvenienced me, and didn’t even say sorry. Such terrible service.

Read moreI went to Zara MyTown on 29th Feb for the 10ml Wonder Rose rollerball perfume. I queued and addressed my needs to a man cashier when it’s my turn. He double checked the perfume that I was looking for is not displayed at the counter, he checked with a lady cashier next to him and was asked to check at the cabinet behind the cashier. He got me one but that’s not what I was looking for. He checked again with the lady cashier if there’s others and she rudely saying “it’s all the same”. The man cashier then got another one which is different from the previous one, and that was exactly the one I looking for. How could she said its all the same where in fact it’s not? I got annoyed by the lazy cashier because of her unprofessionalism. Her attitude definitely was not a good example for the rest of the retail employees. She was not doing the right things and this has lead to a bad customer experience.
Anyhow, I wanted to thank the man cashier who served me. He was being polite and helpful for my needs....
Read moreWhen I approached the counter to return my purchase, the staff member assisting was unable to locate the item in the system due to system error, despite being provided with all relevant details, including the QR codes and e-receipt. I was then advised to contact customer service on my own, which was both inconvenient and disappointing. After reaching out to Zara’s customer service team, I was promptly assisted, and the issue was escalated to the relevant department. I was informed that I could simply drop off the item at the store, a resolution that could have been communicated and handled by the in-store team initially. I would like to suggest that the store ensure better training for their staff to handle such cases efficiently and maintain the high service standards that Zara...
