Ordered a salad at 12.20pm but the food never came. Asked 2 staff in between but nobody was helpful. Used to be great but service sucks these days. I walked out when the salad arrived after 35 mins wait.
Update on 18/7/24:
Been a few times but always hits and misses. Food is always great but service depends on the day. Sometimes staff are not friendly, sometimes they are, other times I need to get someone's attention to take my order. But today was the worst: I was the only customer at 12.05pm. Staff gave salad order paper fast but I had to find a staff to take my order. Order handed over to staff. All of them busy chatting loud as if I wasn't there. Then, after 20 mins wait, a staff asked if I had ordered. I said yes, long time ago. As it turned out, my order was not placed. Staff did not apologise but quickly placed my order. She served my salad minutes later but without any apology again. It was too rush for me to eat before I had to clock in the office so I cancelled the order. Then only the staff apologised. Too late!...

I really like the all the protien. Whether it's the chicken or fish, it's cooked so well and keeps it very simple with both flavours and sauce. The portion of the protein is also generously complementary to the salad and grains.
The salad components are also dressed very well. It's got the right balance of fat, acidity and sweetness. I really appreciate that they really do use a variety of ingredients that, together, blend into a coherent grain or salad bowl. It isn't like other stores that throw in vegetables with a some cherry tomatoes and call it a salad. Some though has been put into creating a tasty and healthy meal.
My major problem is the price. You're essientialy paying Rm25++ for each bowl, that's excluding drinks. It is way too expensive. Some effort should be put in to try to reflect pricing more accurately on the menu. Minor problems include really unenthusiastic staff and just a really...

This time I tried their version of a vegetarian nasi lemak bowl (RM20.90 with tax etc). This turned out turned out to be so filling and delicious! Brown rice was used together with generous portions of pumpkin, mushrooms, cauliflower, a whole egg, tofu (I think), cashew nuts, cucumber, chips and alfalfa on top of it all. No sambal was used, instead, a curry-like sauce (not spicy) binded the dish as a whole.
I loved that cashew nuts was used and one thing that stood out was the cauliflower, which had a smoky taste to it which was unique! All in all, thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The prices may seem off putting at first but you get what you pay for (if not more).
