I'm wondering why this kind of hotels are even being called a hotel. Extremely poorly managed and totally unprofessional. I'll strongly recommend anyone n everyone to avoid being here. First thing first, I came in late for the check in. Therefore, I was kinda exhausted n was looking forward for a comfortable place to settle down. But as soon as I entered the hotel area, the lobby was filled with car. So, I had to opt to go upstairs for the parking. Nightmare starts there. I was lucky as I my friend brought a myvi as my car was sent for repair. Surprisingly, even for a myvi, the path to go upstairs were so narrow that it had just enough space for the myvi to go thru. Luckily I didn't bring my car. N u could clearly see the marks over the walls of the path to indicate how many cars have been a victim to that narrow space that they had. Somehow after parking, we took our luggage n reached for the elevator. It was not working, great!! No signage or board or anything at all to indicate where ur supposed to go or where was the lobby or that the elevator is not working.. We found a door leading to a staircase. Opened it n found a super dark environment that led to the basement straight. The was a door for the lobby that has been locked. So, we proceeded to the basement with the luggage thinking that we could find an exit. But even at the basement, there were multiple paths but none were leading to any proper exit. So, carrying the luggages we had to proceed back to climb up the stairs with the darkness enveloped environment to climb all the way to the parking n to drive back again to the lobby to find out further. This time, we parked at the lobby only to find someone to come up and ask us to pay RM20 to park it there for 2 days. I asked him to hold on first as I need to find out whether am I really going to stay in this screwed up disorganised idiotic hotel or not.(luckily, I didn't pay for it beforehand) At the lobby counter, I told the receptionist that the lift is not working and there were no signage of whereabouts to go n even the staircase place were dark. He simply answered by saying that we r supposed to climb down using the same path of the car until we come to the lobby. Such an irrational irresponsible answer . That was irritating enough for me. But I proceeded as I was tired. As I did the booking online earlier, it was stated RM194 plus surcharges for 2 days stay. But when I was about to pay, it came up to RM325!! When I asked him about this, he said that the deposit is RM100 and about extra Rm30 is the tax n surcharge. I was not even a foreigner and the extra charges is too much for the stupid service that they provided. I lost confidence n decided to leave the place, cancelling my booking n never wanted to come back. Please be reminded that I strongly urge anyone n everyone to avoid this place by all means. Even if u don't have a place to stay, pls do not make a mistake of coming to a place like this.. U will not only get a crappy service but will b overcharged for every...

Children love it.Courteous and pleasant front desk office staff, clean premise, free parking at the back of the hotel. RM10 per night to park cars infront of the hotel. I had to come from the 11th floor to iron. Buffet breakfast is not served due to low occupancy but guests can order from a set breakfast menu. I had American breakfast set with eggs, sausages, baked beans and a cup of coffee or juice. Sadly fruits were not...

Told me free WiFi not able to be used in the rooms but I logged in without any problems. Mobile phone reception in rooms was not good. I was booked into a room that did not have a window. Never again it was claustrophobic and not being able to see outside I slept in. The pillows were odd shapes & sizes and I could smell cigarettes on pillows. There was long hair on bathroom floor and maintenance of grouting needs to be looked at. When going out the front door the Jockey Parking Staff were smoking and generally laughing and carrying on as though I was not there, Very poor customer service. Cost of the room was 178myr which was overpriced for the inside room. One redeeming feature was the shower with good strength of water and hot. All in all an average hotel & I would...
